- Studies and design of the projects of Architecture;
- Preparation of master planning of various projects of infrastructures
- Studies and designs of stadiums and airports
- Design ,planning and feasibility studies of recreational and touristic sites
- Feasibility studies of the projects in the field of architecture;
- Feasibility studies of the projects in the field of the Civil Engineering (studies of the ground, works Hydraulic, Buildings, the Highways Departments and drainages)
- Execution and/or monitoring work of the new buildings or have to be rehabilitating as well as road.

- Supervision of Civil engineering works as well as buildings, Roads and water supply, etc.

For this reason, the Company is devoted to
.- all kinds of constructions works ,the public works in accordance with the regulation of the government contracts in force in the Republic of Rwanda;
- with private work such as the construction of the buildings for various uses for the private individuals;
- To achieve operations referring directly to its social object, such as real expertise.
- With the aim of increase the quality of its services, the Company would like to initiate working relationships in consortium with certain foreign offices, and to thus be used for Rwandan nation as well as for the regional and international scale. It’s completely able, since it has a council of senior executive of design, a team of other technicians specialized in various fields of constructions and administrative of force to enter in national and international competitions.
